Payments are made to the PayPal account linked to the email address you have registered with us.
In order to change your email address please login and click on the 'Account' tab, then change your email address to match an active PayPal account from there. Please be sure to leave something in the 'BIO' box (even a full stop) when changing email address as it may not save otherwise.
Once done let us know and we can remake any payment that PayPal has returned to us. Please note if the payment has completed at the original account we can not remake a payment and you will have to take the case up with PayPal as we have made the payment to you as per the Viewsbank terms and conditions.
If your account is the same as your currently registered email address please ensure your PayPal account is active and able to receive payments. Once done you should be able to claim any payment that has been made.
